You just take one of these little works of art in your mouth and you get this burst of caramel and chocolate, of vanilla or of roses on your tongue. Behind all this there's a lot of know-how and hard work. For many months, Anne Glaskin has pored over recipe books, converted ounces into grams and persistently experimented, tested, and held “tastings“ for so long as it took till husband and friends said "Now these are the ones to sell.”
